Amazon Future Engineers Scholarship Benefits

- Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
- Immediate family members of Amazon employees or its subsidiaries are not eligible to apply.

Amazon Future Engineers Required documents
Consequently, the following documents are required;
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Unofficial or online transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course, and term in which each course was taken.
- Copy of the first two pages of the most recently filed IRS Form 1040 used for the Financial Information Page.
- Also, an online recommendation form must be submitted on your behalf.
- Note that all uncompleted applications are not reviewed.
Selection of Recipients
Eventually, students are chosen based on their academic performance, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, work experience, short answer responses, unusual personal or family circumstances, financial need, racial/ethnic/gender diversity, and an educator appraisal, most likely to be submitted by an AP computer science teacher.
Furthermore, the selection is done by Scholarship America. Hence, no officer/ employee of Amazon Corporate LLC influences selection. So, applicants are to accept any final decisions.
Notification
All applicants are notified by the middle of April. Likewise, not all applicants will be selected. But the good news is, you can reapply to the program whenever you meet eligibility requirements.
Payment of Scholarships
Scholarship America processes scholarship payments on behalf of Amazon Corporate LLC. Payments are made in equal installments in early August and middle December.
Obligations
Recipients have no obligation to Amazon Corporate LLC. However, they are responsible for notifying Scholarship America of any changes in address, school enrollment, or other relevant information, and to provide their complete official transcript when requested.

Amazon Corporate LLC reserves the right to review the conditions and procedures of this scholarship program and to make changes at any time including termination of the program.
