Clarendon Scholarship Value 

All Clarendon scholarships cover tuition and college fees in full. Scholars on a full-time course receive a generous annual grant for living costs, which is normally sufficient to cover the living costs of a single student living in Oxford.

In 2021, full-time students will receive at least £15,009. On the other hand, Clarendon scholars on a part-time course will receive a study support grant to help cover their non-fee costs.

In 2020, the scholarship provides at least £2,502 for part-time DPhil scholars and up to £5,003 for part-time Master’s scholars to cover their non-fee costs.

Scholarship Eligibility

To be eligible for the Clarendon Scholarship, you must fulfill the following:

  • Be applying for a course of your choice at Oxford University by the relevant January deadline.
  • Have an outstanding academic record. This means that you should have at least a first-class honors degree or its equivalent. Therefore, you must have a GPA of at least 3.7 on a 4.0 scale or an exceptional master’s degree.
