The following documents have to be uploaded;
Transcript of Records (a list of all courses you attended at your home university, including grades)
Copy of ID or passport, 1 passport-sized photo (for all international students)
Learning Agreement ERASMUS and Copy of health insurance card (EHIC) (Additional for EU exchange students).
After submitting your online application to Ostfalia University, the International Student Office is going to ask the faculty for acceptance.
If the faculty accepts your application, the International Student Office will send you an Invitation Letter (for the NON-EU students) and a signed Learning Agreement and, a signed student application form (for the EU students).
Deadlines for application are May 31st for the winter semester and November 30th for the summer semester.
