This scholarship opportunity is only open to Mexican students. The pilot Program for Enrolling Students from Mexico doesn’t guarantee full tuition payment. It only allows selected students to pay the same tuition fee as the In-State students, i.e., students who are natives of Texas.

This program is available for all international students. This is due to the inability of the University to provide scholarship opportunity to students from a different race, they offer a loan program which is facilitated by the office of the Financial Aid at the University of Texas
