Only students who are kids to parents or guardians who are members of the NFPA are eligible for this. This scholarship is only available to high school level students who are graduating in that current year.

4. Emily Lester Opportunity Scholarship.

The Emily Lester Opportunity Scholarship provides scholarship opportunities for students from foster homes. The scholarship offers an average of $2,647 as prize money. However, it is open to only undergraduate students from Vermont.

To qualify for this scholarship, you must have a proven need for financial assistance. You must also be under the custody of the Vermont Commissioner of the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
